Noemi Ramirez |
NOEMI
RAMIREZ has provided effective professional counsel to
her clients for over a decade.
She is a certified specialist in immigration and
nationality law, and practices in the sub-specialties of
deportation defense, family-based immigration,
professional visas, employment-based immigration,
naturalization, NACARA (Nicaraguan & Central American
Relief Act), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Asylum,
and U-Visas. She is presently an immigration counsel for
the Mexican consulate in Los Angeles.
Noemi
received her Juris Doctor from Western State University
in Fullerton, California, and received her Bachelor of
Arts degree from the University of California, San
Diego.
She is an
active member of the Southern California legal
community, and a leader of several legal organizations.
Noemi was leader of the American Immigration Lawyer’s
Association (AILA) where she served as the Chair of the
Southern California Chapter (2008-2009). Noemi is also a
member of the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA),
and serves on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles
County Bar Association (LACBA). Noemi is a legal
commentator for several News Broadcast-including
Univision’s “Primera Edicion” and Channel 62.
She also hosts a weekly radio show on issues related to
immigration law.

CARLOS
RAMIREZ practices immigration law in the sub-specialties
of family-based immigration, naturalization, deportation
defense, NACARA (Nicaraguan and Central American Relief
Act), Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Asylum.
Carlos also has extensive appellate immigration work
experience to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the
United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Carlos
attended Western State University, and received his

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology
from the University of California, San Diego.
He is
